I had a meeting with destiny upon my arrival to a local Denny's Restaurant this past weekend. This curious little elf chose me before I had ever even waltzed through the doors that day. His pleasantly etched demeanor, rosey cheeks, and devious smile kept scratching at my ego for almost more than an hour. So..... I was all in. Each jolt and pull of the janky crane was crucial to it's capture. After much trial and error, the proverbial "Jaws Of Life" finally lifted this colorful character from it's glass prison into the proud arms of a brand-new father. Time seemed to have stopped briefly for a moment. For beating a system strictly manufactured for consumer failure, I felt that I had won more than just a mere chew-toy or holiday keepsake. There was no moral victory here. I had honestly won Mr. Arthur Stanley the chance at truly living a real life! Check out the "Mogil" Crewneck from our Winter 2010 Collection set to drop mid December. The Lumberjack Slam never tasted so good.

Who can you trust? One of our customers sent this to us lastnight. It was the second term of bewilderment I have gone through in the last six months. I don't know whether to feel honored, flattered, concerned, violated or all of the above. Some Russian outlet (www.zapp.ru/) was panhandling some of our fitteds off their obnoxious multi-lingual website earlier this year. Now another unauthorized dealer has quietly made its way into the mix from somewhere out in BeiJing, China or Japan it looks like. I have always personally felt that "ALL" of my hats were "NICE", but damn. Any publicity is good publicity right? Or maybe this is all just a small misunderstanding. It was supposed to drop this coming Friday but I still haven't truly grasped the concept of "patience". That particular virtue and I have been at each others throats for years now. Straight Down The Middle!!!

I'm on to something big folks, and I'm not talking about my triceps. Since day 1, I've boasted numerous remarks on the claims that if I were to ever "make it" in this lifetime, I would part the seas (i.e. the picture above). The 96' "Gran-Mama" Larry Johnson, the infamous Stephon Marbury cold-cut sandwich, the Hoop Dreams pioneer classic that is William Gates. This highly anticipated act, is my political statement to this big-bad world that my family and I have officially broke through the mold. Now, my personal goal is to garner enough attention to my new business venture resulting in a publicized article for "Entrepreneur" Magazine before my next birthday. This lofty endeavor has become more realistic and surprisingly grown closer to fruition in only a matter of months. I made it. A water-shed event. A CNN Story. Holiday 2011.
